mattomaw: What is your fav#rite underground/metro/subway station? And why?

Ruesailmana: Probably Waterlooplein in Amsterdam, there is so much to see!
TomTi89: I fully understand the NYC subway easily, but have a hard time with the London Underground. Doesn't quite answer your question, but I wanted you to know. I feel like a traitor because I don't "get" the Underground, nor do I like it, and certainly don't have a poster/card/phone case of all the lines like seemingly everyone else does.
MABBY: Liverpool Street Station in London is very attractive inside. As was O'Connell station in Dublin. My favorite was actually Howth Station, north of Dublin, because it looks like a quaint little house from the outside.
sparkous: Ligne 2 Paris - Station Ternes - good memories
purplewurple: Mornington Crescent, because it has a game named after it.
Grimsalt: The defunct Aldwych Station on the Piccadilly line, because of V for Vendetta and all the other movies filmed there.
PolarDad: I today the subway in NYC one night but I don't remember anything specific about the stations.
