TomTi89: No, I now go into the dentist's armed with knowledge about the instruments. Where before I used to just lie there and let them do their thing, I now think "Why do you have THAT? What are you planning on doing to me?" and then I still just lie there and let them do their thing and hope they are just being extra prepared.
