¿Question #226801?
TomTi89: What about jelly babies?
TheGrimReeple: I had no idea they were so obscure. They're very common in Australia.
Ruesailmana: I know them by name because of the Doctor, but I never had the pleasure (or not) to try them.
pricero1: They are soft gummy sweets / candy, shaped like babies - similar in size to jelly beans, though probably a tad larger. They come in different colours / colors and flavours / flavors. Who wouldn't like to bite the head off a baby? Yum.
mattomaw: What about jelly babies?
MABBY: They are a UK phenomenon, as I understand it. The Beatles mentioned liking them once and got hit by jellybeans (much larger and harder) when fans threw those at their concert in NYC.
Jedadeana: No idea, not sure if they are/were sold in the USA? Assuming they are a brand and not just slang for jellybeans. All I know is one of the Doctor Whos liked them
