Fribian: Cereals first. I had oatmeal this morning but my ritual is a bit different. I put a little frozen mango in a bowl and microwaved it for 1 min. While that was happening I put some filtered water into an electric water pot and brought it to a boil. While that was boiling I put some quick cooking oatmeal over the warm mango. Then I poured the hot water over the oats and mango, then sprinkled a little cinnamon over the top. Stir and eat.
