¿Question #227467?
PolarDad: I don't garden to save money. I garden primarily because I enjoy it. I grow some varieties that I cannot buy at the grocery store. The stuff I grow and pick ripe tastes better than the stuff at stores. It also provides a source of food that is devoid of chemicals I don't want to consume. If you garden, why do you do it?

mattomaw: My girlfriend does all the gardening ( except things like mowing, strimming, which we do in equal share). I just dig rocks out of the ground.
sparkous: For beauty and sweat.
rayzg: The joy of seeing plants grow!
Jedadeana: I've only done a small indoor hydroponic unit so far, but I love having access to "free" fresh vegetables and herbs. At some point I'd like to do some outdoor container gardening too (cherry tomatoes, etc), since I don't enjoy "real" gardening enough to do a full sized one and want to keep it simpler
pricero1: If I didn't cut the grass, the house would disappear.
