freechinanow: Have you ever given a retirement speech for a fellow colleague?

Blinko: That is what everyone wants before retirement, one more meeting.
Woelf: No. Previous places I've worked at, I didn't know the retiring people well enough to give a speech, and when two people I did know retired from here it was kind of a weird situation (no party or anything) so no speeches were given by anyone.
pricero1: Many times - it works best if you can get some funny stories from co-workers.
