¿Question #227645?
notafish: Grocery store pet peeves?

Woelf: People who block aisles and/or specific shelves with zero regard for other people shopping nearby. People who decide they don't want an item, but instead of returning it to where it came from, they just dump it wherever they're currently located (bonus points if it's a refrigerated or frozen item).
MABBY: The cashier announces my total-- say it is $71.55 in this example. I hand them four twenties, a $2 coin, and a nickel ($82.05). They stare at it. Why did I overpay by so much? Just type it into your machine, math major. I'm getting a single ten dollar bill and two quarters back now, instead of a bunch of singles and 45 cents. I'm doing us both a favor by keeping down the number of bills and coins to hand back.
Phil%20Fleischmann: The signs that say, "12 Items or Less" - it should be "12 Items or Fewer".
PolarDad: This may get me in trouble but I'm bewildered by everyone bringing dogs to the store these days. ...and they aren't all service dogs. Not really a pet peeve but I just don't get it.
