¿Question #228056?
mr3d: How do you cut a pie in 8 chunks only using 3 straight cuts?

TomTi89: Cut it in half once. Stack the halves on top of each other [for this purpose, I am assuming that the halves do not fuse together in any way when stacking] and then cut again. You'll now have quarters. Stack all the quarters on top of each other, and cut once more.
Chris%20Page: Bake a pie in the shape of the Labyrinth of Crete.
pricero1: No one in their right mind should ever do an horizontal cut in a pie.
TheGrimReeple: Bake a weirdly shaped pie.
Woelf: Distort the space-time continuum to cut the pie into any number of pieces (up to infinity) with just a single cut. Or do what Shea said, despite that making a huge sloppy mess of what will barely resemble a pie after you're done cutting. Now if it was a cake, you'd have better success with that method, even though it means some poor bastards are going to get pieces with very little frosting.
0Shea0: Cut it twice normal then cut it horizontally
