¿Question #228142?
TomTi89: I was in hospital to get something seen today. It's nothing serious. In the waiting room, one man was getting progressively louder. Just normal conversation at first, but then told everyone that Covid's not real, and to take our masks off. Worth pointing out that, while we don't have a national rule for masks at the moment, our hospital does. He then got physically aggressive with someone waiting at the desk, and tried to punch him. Luckily, the aggressive person was with a friend [carer?] who restrained him and took him into another room. We were all escorted away, to a safer room, and security arrived. When we went back to the original waiting room, security and the man had gone. Did you experience anything like this recently?
Derang3d: Snide comments and aspersions of insanity, but not physical violence.
RealGuest: Thankfully, no
pricero1: I did watch the first debate of the Tory leadership contest.
TomTi89: Unlucky: the man was big enough to actually be scary. Lucky: so was his friend who restrained him.
