Blinko: What decade do you think people were the most polite?

Woelf: In the Matrix, they said the peak of civilization was 1999. Every day it seems like that's becoming more and more accurate.
pricero1: As Shea says, skin colour / color is a factor and so too is class and politics. The 1950s sounds nice and polite, until you see the McCarthy hearings.
