¿Question #228512?
PolarDad: Thoughts on Feast for Odin?
Derang3d: Haven't tried it, but wouldn't do even the slightest bit of effort to do so either.
freechinanow: Great game! As sandbox-y as you’re likely to get with a Euro. Making 42 different available actions feel manageable is impressive in its own right. Beyond that, I’ve enjoyed every play. Recommend the expansion. Yeah, it’s a bit of a patch to bring more equity to all the available routes to victory, but so be it. Worst part: it’s a table hog and even with calming yoga music in the background, the sheer look of it on the table will bring a panic attack to all but the most seasoned gamers.
TheGrimReeple: Never played it. Would be happy enough to give it a go, but not interested enough to seek it out.
RealGuest: Cardboard for cardboard, better than a pizza box, but not as good as Big Box Hansa Teutonica.
pricero1: Isn't that what people do on Wednesdays?
imyourskribe: Haven't played, but I'm not a huge fan of Uwe's stuff and the Tetris aspect doesn't really speak to me.
mattomaw: Played it a couple of times. Really enjoyed it. It was not as complex as it seemed. But hey!, It is just another euro. Loads out there that are kind of similar or better. I would like to own it, but it is very expensive. If it was on a deal I would grab it. I am finding that I am gravitating away from thinky euros as I get older. I want more craic, stupidity and memorable moments. Despite that, I still like Feast for Odin, so there is something more to it that just boring thinkiness.
