PolarDad: AMAZON! I know you won't believe this but I have delivery drama again. Friday my package was put on a truck at 7:40am to be delivery...this is in Tulsa mind you...15-20 minutes away. At 11pm, the status changed to say that it has returned to Tulsa and would be delivered Saturday. Saturday morning at 7:40am, it is again loaded on a truck for delivery. This time I was given a map with a live update as to what street the truck with my package was on. At about 4pm, the truck was two blocks away from my house. The truck turned around, got back on the highway and headed back to Tulsa. I called Amazon and asked why. After being on hold for some time, they said they weren't sure why the driver didn't deliver it but they promised it would be deliver on Sunday. This morning (Sunday), it was again loaded on a truck to deliver. At 8pm, the status changed to undeliverable. I called Amazon again...was put on hold for another decent amount of time...and then told...the package and its contents were damaged. I would be refunded. Instead of a refund, I asked for replacement items to be shipped. TWO QUESTIONS... 1-Why does this Amazon driver hate me? 2-When will this replacement shipment arrive?

TomTi89: Maybe the driver is a GQer and didn't like something you said, possibly about the other deliveries. Amazon will get you a new driver, and you'll get it on Wednesday.
