¿Question #228755?
TomTi89: Would you try laser eye surgery?

Woelf: If my eyes got bad to the point that I couldn't see even with glasses I might do it, but otherwise no.
imyourskribe: I only infrequently wear my glasses, so the impact is nowhere near large enough to justify an elective procedure.
TheGrimReeple: Probably not. Lasers are cool and all, but I'm pretty happy with glasses.
BOBBYCAN: If I need it, which wont be any time soon I hope.
rayzg: No! There are risks to laser eye surgery! Like constant pain!
mattomaw: I would consider it if my eyesight was so bad that it had a particularly negative effect on my life.
TomTi89: I've been considering it for years, but not gone for it yet, because yes, it does scare me a bit.
Derang3d: I'd rather drink decaf. (See, it's working!)
Ruesailmana: I had laser eye surgery almost 15 years ago. I am still happy with it.
Jedadeana: I'm scared of it, but have been seriously considering it. I would have done it before my wedding but then we decided to marry this year instead of next year. Even though I look good in glasses, I am sick of wearing them (my skin is sensitive and it rubs at my nose and hurts and I HATE driving with glasses) and the last 4 times I've tried contacts we couldn't get it right and I get bad headaches and can't see correctly (hundreds of dollars wasted)
PolarDad: Same as Robin
pricero1: The idea really scares me - eyes are too important to risk a screw-up. I'm happy with glasses.
