RealGuest: How solid is your roof?

Derang3d: Creaky, but not breaky.
TomTi89: I'm sure the guy upstairs demolishes half of his home when he's angry / high, and nothing has fallen through to us, so I think we'll be ok. The roof of the whole building looks good too. Some tiles fell off when we had very strong winds a while ago.

Grimsalt: There's a pack of 3-4 ... teenagers ... in my neighbourhood who like to parkour up to the rooftop directly above my head to spray the building sidewalls with paint, so I pay extra salty insurance premiums to cover for 'Acts Of God' like people falling through the roof — because the clause doesn't distinguish between people falling from what, ie. a plane / a spot in Heaven / a missed jump.
