rayzg: How firm, or soft, do you prefer your tofu?

oriecat: depends what it is being used for, but generally firm for most purposes except when I need to blend it for a dip or casserole and then soft.
Derang3d: I prefer a meat-based tofu-alternative called "bacon".
mattomaw: I like my tofu fresh, so soft. But I like to fry it, and fry it hot and fast so the outside tends toward a crispyness, and the inside is still soft.
pricero1: I prefer it when other people eat it.
MABBY: Firm. Soft may as well be yogurt.
BOBBYCAN: As far as I know I've never tried it.
