freechinanow: As a regular thrifter, you know that once or twice a year you'll walk by someone with a cart full of the things you've been looking for for a lifetime. It's a hazard of the hobby. Happened just last week (he had a cart full of rare rock and jazz records). You try and prepare yourself for that inevitable eventuality, but you're never truly prepared. Anyway, I've definitely woken up a couple of times with the image of that cart in my mind.
