¿Question #229771?
purplewurple: The Sundered Land Game 35 [17]. I've made them angry, but my stabbing hasn't slowed down the Knights Custodian a whit. It isn't long before they gain the upper hand, and I take a mop to my teeth and a plier wrench to my shin. I try to pull myself to my feet, but the shelves I use for leverage topple, showering both the Knights and myself with jars of pesto rosso and sun-dried tomatoes. I make use of the moment of confusion to break free. Taking care not to step in any shards of glass, I make a run towards the back of the store. I knock over a couple more shelves, sending canned goods flying everywhere, hoping to hamper the Knights in pursuit. Do I have a chance to get away?
purplewurple: The gods have spoken! Dice were rolled, and Shea spoke loudest!
PolarDad: Nope. They kill you. The end.
TheGrimReeple: Reasoning that there must be a way out through the loading dock, you head that way. But when you reach it, you find that the doors are all locked, and the only visible option is the garbage chute. Which could lead to freedom, but could lead to a compactor, an incinerator, or down the gullet of a trashwyrm.
MABBY: You reach the back door, only to discover that the handle was removed and it was painted shut decades ago. So you open up a window leading to an alley (the stench of urine is immediate) and then hide inside the walk-in feezer, hoping that they will think that you climbed out the window. Pretty clever, eh?
0Shea0: Nope. Splosions.
mattomaw: No. Only employees are allowed through that curtain made of plastic strips.
pricero1: No, because everything in this universe and every other universe is stacked against you.
Woelf: No, because three more Knights Custodians are waiting at the entrance, with the doors locked behind them. One is armed with a chainsaw and various pruning equipment, one has a pointed shovel and several smaller gardening tools, and the third has a coil of garden hose with one end hooked up to a nearby spigot. Each wears a gleaming badge depicting a green thumb.
Derang3d: Well, we are supposed to kill you, right? So, euhm, no? But that's hardly interesting either. So I'll say "yes, but only through the cunning use of Mozzarella."
