¿Question #229794?
PolarDad: What is the largest number of roommates you have ever had at one time?
MABBY: I was one of eight people renting a house for about a year. A couple people dropped out and my future wife and I left after about 18 months.
TheGrimReeple: Six if family count, five if they don't. Edit: Weird, I could have sworn that said housemates, until I read Robin's answer. In that case, for about three years as a kid I shared a room with three of my siblings. Since then, only one at a time. Or for short-term arrangements (a couple of days), I've shared a bunkhouse with up to about a dozen.
pricero1: I always find the American usage of this word strange. To me, a roommate is someone who lives / sleeps in the same room as me. Using that definition, then 1, but using your definition, 4.
pwilz: Nine people in that room at Circle O in 1990. I was on the floor.
Derang3d: 'bout 8 or so.
