PolarDad: Maybe. Philbrook Art Museum in Tulsa.
Derang3d: No - but I'm willing to lend my email address for such a good cause. Top 3 are probably the Musicbox, Silver, and Train museums. Still regret I didn't go when Wintergatan's marble machine was on display :(.
Woelf: My favorites are a toss up between the National Railroad Museum in Green Bay, WI, and the EAA Airventure Museum in Oshkosh, WI.
