thoia: Florida legend has it that back several hundred years ago or so that in the sweaty swamp lands now known as Naples lived an old hermit. This guy was weird poping up in towns only a month or two out of the year to buy up a wagon load of goods and then disappeared back into his swamp that he called home. No one knows what it was he did back there (besides live that is) and few ever went into his neck of the swamp. Of those that did even fewer ever came back. The one who managed to find civilzation again were never quite the same person as they were prior to their journey. Eyes would be in a permanent state of glazed and bloodshot. Their wrists would twitch violently at all times. One hand would be held close to their chest. They wouldn't give details of what they experienced out there in that swamp. Martin Marchville was one such man who dared to find the old hermit and his wife reported to the local authority of the time that when her husband would sleep he spoke of the evils that took place. He would mumble things like "best of 7" and "reall roll them, don't just drop them" but the most frequent thing she heard in his sleep was "Campaign for North Africa, but the play testers never even finished a game!" It's been a long time since those days and that area of florida has been relatively built up since those days, but there's a spot on a vacant stretch of highway 41 just south of Naples where on full moon nights with you headlights shining across Naples Bay you can see the ghostly image of the old hermit and his enslaved players, engaged in their never ending quest to finish and beat him in a game of Campaign for North Africa.................As a GeekQuestion side note, they probably should put a limit on the number of characters you can have in your answer.....BTW isn't this one worth a tip? Come on people not many answers have that much work put into them! :)
