shumby: I've got a game on my iPod touch called Labyrinth that involves rolling a little marble around a plain between walls and traps to a target. That'd be fun as a real board game.

DHEK: I'm thinking that new computer game - Defcon: Everybody Dies seems like a great idea and a natural for a boardgame.
ecobot3001: starcraft might be a cool wargame
POvidiusNaso: Sim city?
themagni: Visual Studio.NET 2005 Professional
Tegre: I don't know if it would translate well, but I wouldn't mind seeing a Manic Mansion boardgame.

spartax: Tamale Loco.

MisterCranky: GF1
CDRodeffer: Chess
chaddyboy_2000: This question has been asked way too many times!
gnomehome: The current ones are not really all that good, so I'd say none.
jttm: Quest for Glory

AlorielLelyn: Apparently Sid Meier's Civilization, but he cheated, since it was originally a board game before it was a computer game. Besides that, I think the tactical battles depicted in Rome: Total War (or any of the Total War series) would translate quite well.
