Voodooshoes: La Vasca its a Castillian joint in Bogota Colombia on Calle 92 and Carrera 14. Decent tapas and a fairly good wine list. If you have an aversion to bullfighting you probably want to go somewhere else. They have at least 3 bull heads scattered through the restaurant.

bacusgod: I'm from Bogotá, so I guess this answer's not a very useful one, but I love "Enchiladas", a mexican restaurant in the Candelaria zone.
Frubgarde: Ramon's Diner on Salisbury Road, Cardiff. Curry Day on Fridays. I particularly recommend the Chicken Madras. Watch the poppadoms, though, they're a bit greasy.

dakarp: Hmm... My favorite restaurant around where I live is probably Petit Louis, a sort of casual French place that I can't usually afford to go to. I've had really excellent meals at other great restaurants while traveling, but I don't think I can call a restaurant my favorite on the strength of eating there just once.
