ctimmins: Nobody. By definition, a cookie jar is a publicly-accessible receptacle for cookies. By placing a cookie into the jar, you are by definition offering it to anybody who wants it. All they have to do is take it. So if a cookie is missing, it wasn't stolen, it was taken. If you want to retain your cookies then you have to hide them away like a food-deprived foster kid that hoards food. Then if they go missing they really have been stolen. And then the most likely suspect is that food-deprived foster kid.
