¿Question #2967?
shumyum: One of our cats confronted a neighbor cat in our backyard and won the battle of wills without any violence. However, now she's going after our other cat (her chunkier and more peaceable brother) tooth and nail...drawing blood! They have been in this state of war for two days now. The cat has lost it! What should we do? I'm serious!

Woelf: Separate them. Or feed them. It's been three days!
DasViktor: dictionary.com
pwilz: I notice you have not patronized BGG since 2007. Have you lost your job, or are you just holding back on us?
vandemonium: Call in Jimmy Carter! I'm serious!
Stormparkiet: Try punishing the behavior in such a way that the aggressor does not realize you are doing the punishing, for example by using a thingamajig, you know, the thing you use to squirt water on plants (can't think of the English name). Otherwise I've no idea what you could do about it... Good luck!
Deleted042515: Don't let your cat out for any reason.
echdareez: Get yourselves some fishes. Less hair and a lesser source of long Geekquestions :-)
Karlsen: Separate them (although it may be too late now)
1000rpm: I'm guessing the situation has been resolved now. What happened?
Blind Reality: Eat the cat
GozerinSK: Get a Jack Russell Terrier, she will teach both cats who is boss.
ecobot3001: piss on it or is that for dogs
DHEK: Take the mad cat to the vet. She could be sick or mentally unstable or something of that sort. The vet will sort it out.
Mr.Baggins: Sell them both and use the proceeds to buy a dog. Preferably a Yorkshire Terrier, as they are both peaceful and fun to play with. I'm serious too.
Doo Doo: Attach fighting spurs to its feet and possibly strap a chainsaw to its belly.
Ebon Wendigo: Get rid of the cats and buy a dog.
Nazhuret: start making flyers and taking bets.
Otter: Spray the offending cat with a squirt gun when she attacks. She will learn to stop, without getting sneaky.
ZombyDawg: I'd probably turn the hose on her.
dragonewtking: give your other cat a gun
Cromaa: Kill them all...
vampywife: Make sure she's clipped!
Musti: Scare the other cat away by running in your yard screaming and yelling.
Big Bad Lex: Move
Mordachai: Live with it.
jasta6: Good luck, I’ve never had this issue. Try getting a water bottle with a sprayer on it and squirt the aggressive one when there are issues.
orodreth: I feel dizzy.
brainrob: BANG!
bigbadsteve: catnip. lots of catnip
Kazin: Dang. that's messed up..
fFish: Bludgeon neighboring cat to death with copy of twilight imperium
korppu: Buy a dog
Loquutus: Fry it up.
shizzane: Eat her.
darthcliff: Shoot the damn thing. If that isn't an option, set a live trap, catch the thing, remove it's collar and call animal control.
POvidiusNaso: I'm no expert, but you've got to keep them separated.
GrandpaDave: put it down?
axarca: squirt gun with lemon juice
GuyHill: your cat is obviously broken. Change it at the shop
CharlieWonka: Keep the winner - help your cat if you want it to be the winner
Hallow: Pound time
puffinge: Obviously posting a GeekQuestion about it is the proper first step.
ValJor: I'm sorry I cannot help you, I'm no good at cat psychology
scriptorum: Personally I'd smack the crap out of the violent cat until she understood that she's not the Alpha, *I* am. Also, if you're skiddish about tush smackin, spraying her with a water bottle works as a good behavior changer.
shumyum: Update: we did, of course, call the vet and she simply recommended splitting them up (upstairs/downstairs). We have recently allowed them to interact again and there is a very uneasy truce. I tell you, though, it was scary for a while!
The Unbeliever: 42
Lord_Prussian: Definitely a quesion for a different forum than this--call the vet or animal control or somebody like that.
Redneon: Get them both fixed.
djlg: Start by asking animal behaviouralists rather than game geeks.
2amp: we use a super soaker to discourage undesired behavior patterns
Belash: place a bet
JimPAX: Eat them. On a stick.
Cavedog_pdx: Buy a super soaker.
skrutsch: We have a similar situation around here. I keep the aggressor separated most of the time. I don't think that solves much, but it gives me sanity.
heli: ask at a better place than here
shawn_low: Kick the frickin' cat in the balls.
chaddyboy_2000: Kick its ass.
snoozefest: wow! give up the cat to someone who has none (and will keep it indoors)? switch to dogs?
Spielfreak: Hose it down.
CDRodeffer: Wait until heat is over.
Tim Synge: Try rec.pets.cats
jttm: Take it to a pet psychologist.
meshuggener: The cat is just hepped up on goof-balls. He'll relax eventually.
CortexBomb: Eat the cats?
skelebone: Pellet gun.
