ZombyDawg: I'm average looking but I don't think that would be a five. Not that many people are that ugly. When I'm judging women on that scale I give an automatic one point deduction for tattoos and another for piercings (not pierced ears) and a three point deduction if they smoke.

Randy Cox: Well, if 80-90% of the US is significantly overweight and something like 30%+ are obese, then the average American must be about a 3. So, even if I'm only a 3.5, that's not bad, huh? (And, yes, I know there are some non-US folk here who live in countries with a smaller GNBMI (gross national body mass index), but my frame of reference is what I know.
