puffinge: When did you last pay to attend a sports event? What sport? How much did it cost? Did you have fun?
Jrtolf: High school basketball game in February, $5, and yes it was fun because I got to watch my drum major daughter lead the band.

AJzer: I went to see a soccer game. I think it was $15, and it was with work people, so it was alright. But not amazing. I think we won, though.

Giorflee: Don't remember... Probably the local softball league games this summer. It was free. And not much fun because of the mosquitos.
DHEK: Quite a long time ago. I think it was ice hockey, and I think it was free because it was some special occasion or something - if it weren't free I wouldn't have gone anyway because I'm not a fan... just went out of curiosity. I don't think I really enjoyed it that much.

Loquutus: I manage to score free baseball and football tickets frequently, so the only thing I pay for is subway fare, food and beer. But I went to a Phillies game a few weeks ago. The tickets were $35 I believe. It was lots of fun. The new ballpark has many bars and specialty concessions that are just amazing.

Dave: Winter 2003, took my wife to see the Spurs play in Portland. Front-and-center tickets, cost was $125/ticket, I believe. It was great - the Spurs shut down the Blazers and were working them good on O, getting easy lay-ups.

Randy Cox: I'm changing my answer: I forgot that I went to see the Braves clobber the Red Sox in 2000 at Fenway. Old answer: In about 1994 or 95, I paid to see Atlanta play SF in Fulton County Stadium. Don't know what it cost. Didn't have a lot of fun (too hot). Did play a few games afterwards, so that was OK.
