¿Question #3198?
meshuggener: Someone just stepped on, rolled over or otherwise mangled one of the cards in the deck. The damage will make it stick out in the deck. What do you do?

BOBBYCAN: Get politics to fix it.
Jatoha: Sit silently and weep on the inside.
DnDDmDb: I tell them to leave, then weep for 45 minutes. (Seriously: Ask them why they did that. Try to repair the damage to the best of my ability).
PsyJam: Chuck the card.
FeelGoodND: Kill them
pwilz: Is it my game? That person shall feel my wrath!
Zedsdead: Over my panicked protests, my wife once set our pet rat on the table where we were playing Settlers Card Game, insisting she could grab him before he could cause any mischief. He immediately buzz-sawed a big chunk out of one card. After tormenting her mercilessly for several years, I finally found a BGG user who had "Parts for trade" and got a replacement card (thanks, wjohnston!)
kanoe: wake up from this nightmare!!
Randy Cox: Try to flatten it. If it's truly horrible, I'll hope there's an extra card (promo or blank or whatnot) and let that be the proxy. Worst case, I just e-mail the company and ask for another.
Hubsi1w6: shocked silence
Zarion of Arabel: kill them
ChukLife: Ask the someone, politely, to leave.
dante9: Cry.
LarryKruger: If removing it from the deck will not have a significant impact on the game, remove it (such as Ticket to Ride), if it is a critical card such as an Ace of Spades, buy a new deck. Another option is to make the marked card known to everyone so that it is open information.
arkibet: iron it.
onibaloney: play with it anyways
Alazabba: Shoot them
tofuji: step on, roll over, or otherwise mangle that person
cauldron: Open new deck.
TheChin!: remove it, if it's integral to the game, tiem for a new game
ZeroZilla: If it's important, then we'll have to play 'blind' (e.g. "pick a number" instead of a card). Mostly, we'd just use the 'honor system'.
aleo09: burn it, and hang the offender
bigbadsteve: mangle the mangler in the same fashion
xofour: I stick the card up the offenders naval cavity. okay not really. I kind of sigh, and then decide whether it's worth replaceing the deck, or not. Then I put all the cards into the "card house" box, and go on with life. I mean after all, it's not like somebody had stepped on, rolled over, or otherwise mangled the baby.
DHEK: Fix it as much as I can and then continue using it.
william_henshaw: beat them with my bat
Chad Jensen: Punch the offender squarely in the snot locker.
Ebon Wendigo: Depends on the game. Fix it as best I can and then deal with it, so to speak.
vampywife: It depends on what kind of cards/deck it is. There are some games you can get away with having a "marked" card in. If it's not one of those games, I'd say either buy a new deck or mangle a couple of other cards like that one so that there isn't one single "marked" card.
fteplin: Step on, Roll over and mangle them.
purvisa: Open a new deck, of course.
suncrush: Kill the person.
Nazhuret: get really pissed off.
POvidiusNaso: It depends on the deck.
scriptorum: Mangle the someone.
Stockholm: throw the deck away and play a ASL insted :-)
SliverXII: This is why I have a set of stocks in the front yard.
cowdog: Understand that a deck of cards costs a dollar
Albireo: Shoot the person responsible. And then get a spare.
Russ G.: I try to resist stepping on, rolling over or mangling the person that did it. Sometimes
eddyspaghetti: Let it ride.
brainrob: Depends on the game ...
zombiegod: make do, it adds to the uniqueness
Musti: Go nuts.
lauramath: Sigh
Kasper: kick his ass!
residue: He. Must. Die.
Chris Page: Mangle all the other cards in exactly the same way.
Big Bad Lex: Kick the living b-Jesus out of the culprit
Peter Palmer: I pour absinthe on the person responsible and light the zippo
RyanMC: kill the person responsible
dietevil: Cope
xlorp: Step on, roll over and otherwise mangle the offender so that they stick out in the deck too.
Chemik: smash it down and live with it
pgkashmir: buy another copy of the game or another deck
nix342: Make sure everyone knows what card it is and then play anyway.
javelin98: Make sure that their remains are never found...
GrandpaDave: Make them eat it
puffinge: weep
kevinfelker42: Put them all in Card Condoms, after kicking that someone in the crotch of course.
kytmuisco: Kill them.
MisterCranky: Hang on, let me get my "little book of answers". Right, number 42: I'd snap their spine like a twig.
Legend Dan: Put the whole thing in protective sleeves.
jellospike: I make sarcastic and hurtful remarks to them
CharlieWonka: Depends on the card and the game. Could just take it out or buy a new pack
sourwyrm: shreik
Great Dane: Ask him to get me a replacement
tipigi: If it was an accident, live with it and keep playing. If it was on purpose then the other players and I would be left with no option - kill them.
skrutsch: Buy a new set or never play the game again or use a replacement. (Sometimes they have extras.)
Puny_Viking: Buy a new game
The Unbeliever: 42
2amp: KILL
Lord_Prussian: Curse
wyattnoise: Cuss out the offending party and use all of my gimmicky tricks to make the card match and use it OR grab a sharpie marker and make a proxy *ouch*
darthcliff: Throw a fit!
antiussentiment: don't care. it was flux.
djlg: Let everyone know which card it is and play on.
skelebone: Get a new deck, or mangle all the other cards in the same manner.
CDRodeffer: Send them a bill for a replacement copy of the game, but give them the older copy, including the mangled card.
chaddyboy_2000: Buy a new deck.
puzzleme: Ask him to replace it.
snoozefest: sell them that copy
Dave: Write to the publisher for a replacement.
jttm: Get them to replace the game
CortexBomb: Beat them with a rubber hose while singing the lounge version of Welcome to the Jungle
heli: ask the publisher for a new one
