puffinge: Do you ever go to movies alone? Does it make you feel uncomfortable? Is it extremely geeky?

rayzg: I never go to the movies. I look at a screen all day; I don't want to look at another one in the evening. However, I see a lot of theatre, opera, and dance, and I always go by myself.

Spirit of 70: I have and it never made me uncomfortable. Where I live, it's a common practice in the Summer just to get out of the heat. At that time of year, at least, there's no real social stigma.

cgund: Most of the movies I see, I see alone. I like to go during weekday working hours when it's not crowded. It doesn't make me feel uncomfortable and I don't think of it as geeky.

DHEK: I've gone to the movies alone less than a handful of times, mostly because I really wanted to see the movie but nobody was free at that time to see it and the movie was about to end its run. Nah, it doesn't really make me uncomfortable. I don't think it's geeky either.
