dr glaze et al: Most overrated European game designer?

Woelf: Knizia's games probably have more collective ratings than any other designer.
pwilz: I have a hard time stamping overrated on him, but I don't care for most of Stefan Feld's games.

Cavedog_pdx: This might take too much research for me to come up with a reasonable answer. I think Knizia, Kramer, and Moon are the only designers that I've played more than one of their titles.
