¿Question #3443?
puffinge: What is the worst nightmare you can remember having?
BOBBYCAN: It was the first one I had, that I can remember anyway. Monster in the attic above my bed.
ctimmins: This one in a big building with a wall of doors and a crazy old lady playing piano while wearing a red dress.
pepex82: Being continously hunted by the T-1000 inside my highschool
Spirit of 70: One that I won't share, here.
galenochfarlig: Drowning. That was really unpleasant. Just two days before that, I dreamt about being stuck in a burning building. That was a weird period...
xofour: The one where I was at my friends house & actually that's not true. It was the one from when I was a kid. I can still recall part of it to this day. I was being chased around an island & castle like ruins by a giant snake. Eventually it trapped me on a stairway with no landing/floor. And I turned to look at it, and then I woke up. (or at least that's the most I remember) It doesn' sound like much when I type it. But it was seriously scary & it is one of the few dreams that I actually remember & have remembered for a long time.
MamaRat: I dreamed my hubby died, right in front of me. Woke up sobbing.
ahauwi1: So there I am, wading in a lake minding my own business. A shark attacks me from below, apparently capable of swimming through sand. He bumps me hard - so hard I go flying up, up, up to like a mile in the air. Then I start falling, accellerating - straight back down into the shark's waiting jaws. Runner-up nightmare was when I was merging onto a highway in my car and looked over my shoulder to my merge point and CRAP, I had to merge right into a cluster of sharks. They started circling my car and bumping it until I crashed. And don't get me started on tornadoes!
ricardofo: to be falling
GrimJester: It involved clowns. Need I say more?
BuddhaPhi: Free-falling into a dark hole for over an hour. That was the worst.
Wibblenut: This one about some dorky American kid asking too many dumb ass questions...
TheKeck: Any nightmare where I was back in school again. Awful.
Tippler: Death of my Father
aleo09: can
DHEK: Being hunted by a slow-moving chainsaw-weilding killer in a labarinth within a giant alien spaceship. The killer kept meeting me in the restroom and then I'd wake up. Only to sleep again and then the nightmare resumes.
bigbadsteve: puffins were eating my eyeballs
Timicus: A fish I had as a child began talking to me then exploded. The broken aquarium spilled water until it filled the room.
engdy: It's undescribable, but the sensation was like being dragged through pudding
Greedo: Every few years I have a dream about Godzilla chasing me around my home town.
ZiggyZambo: Please don't make me relive it
szilaj: It was terrible. My mother was beheaded. The worst part that my mother had died months before.
jll1024: Freddy and Jason were after me, but Bowser came and saved me from them. Worst, because it was so damn weird.
dmomo: My eyes were sinking into my head. It seemed way to real.
mooka: my first marriage
Evendir: Sitting in front of a computer, mindlessly answering questions... willing myself to stop, but being completely unable to do so. God, the humanity!
rAdioActivitA: I was in the house across the street from mine when I was a kid and someone who wanted to kill me or something lived there and I had to try really hard to finally make it out to the street and back to my house. When I came outside again I looked at the house across the street and the man was watching me through an uplifted miniblind in one of the windows. That last part was horrifying.
jasta6: I was falling and woke up just before the ground....................................
Mike A: Well there was this one where...aaaaaaah!
_Kael_: Too long story. But first part scared me out of bed when I was 5. Second part came when I was 25 - and that was even scarier!
MisterCranky: I dreamt I saw Joe Hill last night, alive as he could be!
Loquutus: never ending geek questions
dietevil: I have a recurring nightmare that people are trying to kill me, but probably worse than that is dreaming that either my father or grandfather had died (I wasn't sure which it was from the dream) and when I woke up, calling both houses to make sure they're alright and not reaching my grandfather, only to find out three days later that he'd been taken to hospital the night I had the dream (he did end up passing away a few weeks later).
RandallPeek: Going to school and realizing I am the only one with clothing and the teachers have all been replaced by mines
Payne: Having to kill someone.
POvidiusNaso: I was in an abandoned train tunnel, and a train suddenly went by with corpses dangling from ropes hung to the sides. The corpses kept reaching for me with dead, clammy blue hands.
sourwyrm: i dreamt that i had to answer this question... oh wait AHHHH!
scriptorum: I have no single nightmare that stands out.
puffinge: I was chased and attacked by bean sprouts. They were crawling up my arm!
Jittle: Being stalked in a Luby's Cafeteria that was converted into a furniture store. For some reason, I hid under the glass table. (Guess I wasn't too bright 15+ years ago)
Flodjo: Wouldn't be able to describe it with words...
ValJor: Not being able to see. Argh!
Lord_Prussian: Being chased up and down the basement stairs by either Herbie the Love Bug or that dune buggy in that one episode of Scooby Doo.
djlg: It was abstract... dark & light shapes merging and changing. For whatever reason, I thought thier shape was important.
skelebone: I dreamt I hit someone with my car, a child I think. Woke me up in a cold sweat.
jttm: About clowns. And dolls.
chaddyboy_2000: A coyote with the head of a pig lopped my dick off. It sucked.
CDRodeffer: I was a hero in a war, gunning down the enemy. Then suddenly, the landscape changed to lollypop trees and big pink bunnies and candy flowers. Shivver!
Randy Cox: One was when I was a kid...someone was attacking our house by firing walnut halves from firearms. My brother got one in his neck and I had to cut is head off to remove it and then reattach his head. The other was from adulthood...had to do with me being in the US northwest and somehow being in with those in the know when a nuclear war commenced, and I couldn't get to any of my family members to warn them as I was in a restricted place.
CortexBomb: I had to take the cheap way out, but I don't generally remember my dreams, and nightmares even less
Spielfreak: Lobsters surrounding my bed and attacking me!! Thanks for making me remember . . .
heli: always forget them
