adonismayhem: Sure do. It's really not that difficult. A strike is 10 plus the next two balls, a spare is 10 plus the next ball. So the ball after a strike or spare is really important, because it counts for the previous frame as well as the current one.

CDRodeffer: Yes! If you don't knock down all ten pins, you get the total that you did knock down added to your score. If you knock them all down with two rolls of the ball, you get 10 points plus a bonus of whatever you knock down on the next roll. If you knock them all down on the first roll, you get 10 points plus a bonus of whatever you roll on the next two rolls combined. At the end of the 10th frame, this may require an extra roll or two to complete.
