Randy Cox: The Montage I bought for $100 was in crappy condition--then I bought the re-release. Still haven't played either.

scriptorum: RAF looked like it had been sat on by a fat man with conjunctivitis who died there and was discovered thirteen months later by his Aunt Hildegarde who was rather depressed by the whole thing. But alas, in reality it had only been left in a damp garage and acquired a mildewy smell. Well, that plus the water damage, brown taped corners and the whole crushed box look.

CortexBomb: Euphrat & Tigris, I got a mangled HiG edition relatively cheap (40)...the components were all in perfect shape, but the bottom of the box had a tear (big..4 inch tear) and the box had some side crushing as well. Whatever, it still looks purdy on the table
Spielfreak: My second copy of Battle Masters. Three of four corners are torn, and some of the pieces are broken or bent. But I bought it cheap, primarily for the extra dice.
