xofour: That depends on how long you have to stay before visiting become living. And I guess how long you have to stay before a layover becomes a visit. Also, do districts count? provinces? Well you said states, so I am guessing no. So let's see at least 8 depending on time frame 10 and even further depending on time frame 12.
