puffinge: Have you tried any of the Alhambra expansions? Which do you like best? Do you still prefer the basic game?

jamespisanich: I had the base game and sold it to buy the big box. I have yet to play any of the expansions (3 years later) and recently bought the base game again so that I can travel with it.
Randy Cox: I have not and can't really imagine doing so. A game should be at its peak when released.

skelebone: I have not tried the expasions, but I do have and have played die Gaerten der Alhambra, which is Henn's old game Carat gussied up with an Alhambra theme. I do like the base game to Alhambra, though.
