Randy Cox: How many evenings per month do you "go out" and do something outside the home that requires hopping in the car (or public transportation) and would be considered "entertainment" (so, grocery shopping doesn't count)?

scribidinus: Ok, Monday is usually laundry night but the electricity went off tonight so I went to my g/fs. She fixed dinner, we sat on the proch and I came home. Tuesday is no cover night at the blues bar AND the jazz club but I'm supposed to go to my gamer friends home and get some pix of some games he sold on e-bay that aren't in the bgg data base maybe get in a quick game. Wednesday I go the Buzzman's to play guitar and eat before we watch Lost. Thursday is open but I'll fix that by tomorrow. Friday? Date night or stay home and crash. Saturday day is game day or date night or jammin' with Buzz and Brian at Buzz's. Sunday? If I don't game on Saturday I game on Sunday. Week after week. It's rat race I tell ya. A rat race.

Otterdance: About 8 times a month, but we can walk into Norwich city centre and most of the decent pubs are within 10 mins walk of our house so don't need to use the car or bus.
