TiwazTyrsfist: Many ways, but my newest favorite is Onsen Eggs. We got a Sous Vide machine. You put the eggs in the shell in, set it for 145°F and let em go for 2 hours. Crack them into a bowl of Ramen and enjoy.

oldhoss: Sunny side up and crispy on the edges (best way to do this is to cook them in a little bacon grease).
