Gialmere: True Life Gaming: Does your gaming group have a person who's always 30 to 60 minutes late to every session? If so, what do you say this person when he/she finally arrives?

themagni: We just tell that person a time that's 30 minutes earlier than everyone else. So if we start at, say, 12:30, we'll tell him noon.
