davidme: They can't. One will suggest the change. Another will say it's not in rules that a light bulb can be changed mid-game. Another will want a totally DIFFERENT color of light bulb, insisting it's more FUN than the basic bulb. Another will keep his nose in the "Lightbulb Changing Rulebook" and hold up the change until everyone gets bored and goes home.
