CortexBomb: At this point I would probably say Breese. I'm not a huge fan of anything he's done beyond Keythedral, but he has shown an ability to make a wide variety of game styles, and to make them quite good without professional development help. If he was getting his designs tested by crews like HiG or alea he could be cranking out all time classics
