smittenkitten: Carcassonne's. I'll play with any and all of them. They all vastly improve the base game. I'm heavily against the crap that FFG pulls with regards to Runebound decks. They could have compiled that into a box or something.
fiorebrilliante: Carcassone - they are relatively inexpensive and each adds something NEW, not just more cards in the same vein (like Munchkin) or more players (like Settlers).
