Woelf: When was the last time you bashed your knee on something so hard that it still hurt two days later?

Woelf: Got distracted by kids' stuff and clipped the end of the wall by the stairs. Nice bruise centered on my right knee cap. It doesn't hurt anymore as long as I don't touch it... or move.
