¿Question #220549?
RealGuest: What are your scars from?
rayzg: My most interesting scar on my right shoulder. I was biking and the driver of a parked car opened his door. I flew over my handle bars, through the car window, and landed on my chest on the pavement.
mattomaw: I have two scars. One from a bow saw when cutting a springy branch and it slipped right through my thumb. The other is on my temple, caused by my head hitting the pavement after trying to do a triple decker piggy back whilst extremely drunk in St. Andrews in Scotland.
TomTi89: One is from surgery. A much smaller one you wouldn't see unless I pointed it out to you comes from when I was rushed to hospital in an emergency, which eventually led to said surgery. While the doctor was examining me, the nurse asked "can I take your blood?" but did not wait for an answer, and just stuck it on. I pulled away, having been afraid of needles (I am better now due to the amount of routine injections and blood tests I need) and so I have a scar where the needle dragged across my skin. In good news, I'm finally coming off the medication after about 15 years!
MABBY: One on my cheek from a skiing accident, one on my chin from when my sister pushed me down the stairs and then threw pennies from my own piggybank at me, and one on the palm of my hand from where the chisel slipped and went *deep* into the base of my thumb and severed a tendon. One on my neck from a tracheotomy, and one on my right heel from slamming the shower door on it. And probably more that I've forgotten about.
Ruesailmana: meat slicer, implanon, cancer, cancer, stone table, swimming pool < these are the ones that are permanent
bakermouse: Cutting the tip of a finger off (it re-attached- I am part Wolverine i guess!), and a C-section. Neither were fun.
Woelf: I have one on my arm from when a rabbit bit me when I was around 10 years old.
imyourskribe: I have one from falling and hitting a brick fireplace. Another from an x-acto knife slipping while I tried to cut a door into the side of an empty Gatorade bottle.
