PolarDad: How long (minutes/hours) does it take you to put up/take down Christmas decorations?

RealGuest: It seems like a lot of time, but I don't do most of it, so don't really know. Lots of trips to/from storage with boxes is my part mostly.
Woelf: If everyone is focused and helping, we could get everything down in under an hour. Setup maybe double that.
pricero1: Putting up was around three hours, taking down was under one hour.
