Narlgoth: I'm going to have 'Wheat Bisks' (a knock off brand of Wheetabix) for breakfast. How close can knock off brands get the name of their products to the original without getting legal action?

pricero1: A trip around Aldi or Lidl will show they can get very close indeed - even more so with the look of the packaging and branding.
