¿Question #228908?
TomTi89: Do you still do things the traditional way?
TheGrimReeple: Some things. Moloch would be dreadfully upset if we took shortcuts on the blood snackrifice.
pricero1: I still make my GeekQuestions in the old artisan way.
Derang3d: Pretty much, yes. They're my traditions, tho, so not sure if that counts.
0Shea0: I still pee laying down and poop standing up just like everyone else!
Grimsalt: Rituals are important, formalities are not.
Jedadeana: Ha! Well... that's amusing. I just submitted the new wedding script/vows to our officiant today, and we updated a lot of the "traditional" language (aka- patriarchal). For example, at the end she wanted to introduce us as "Mr and Mrs Michael Lastname".... and I'm like... umm.... hi.... did I cease to exist as a person....? I know it's "traditional" but it just felt awful. Especially since we are *both* changing our last names into a new blended one. So no... guess I am not very traditional overall, at least in regard to things that aren't about equality, etc
kswingruber: The phone is still just an ugly talking device that hangs on the wall (if that's what you mean).
