¿Question #2540?
gashlycrumb: What is your favorite game in the GIPF series, and why?
Felimid: GIPF. It's easy to learn, fun to play (just not against someone whose strategy style you've figured out).
aleo09: haven't played any of them yet.
vandemonium: Dvonn. Great blend of strategy and simplicity.
kingofthegrill: yinsh, cause i think io can beat people at it
ahoodedfigure: not played any yet, although hooray to meet another Gorey fan!
twixter: Yinsh seems the deepest to me, although Punct is a close second.
Alazabba: Never played any of the GIPF and I don't like abstracts
adamjon858: WHAT??
Hector Vortac: Zertz
DHEK: I don't think I've played any game in the series.
ecobot3001: never played them
elirlandes: No idea. What does GIPF stand for?
CortexBomb: TAMSK, it's the most creatively different game in the series and I have the most pure fun playing it
sandysidamo: GIPF I guess because it's the only one I've played so far
Chris Page: Tamsk. Probably because the time element makes it so different in feel, yet it's not a race.
POvidiusNaso: Zertz. Only one I've played.
bigbadsteve: punct, probably because its the only one i can win at consistently
MaksimSmelchak: N/A.
cad614: Dvonn - start playing as soon as the box is open.
Dorque: Nope.
mlanza: Dvonn, haven't experienced the others.
Mordachai: Zértz, since it's the only one I own right now.
keldrak: haven't played one yet but would like to
brainrob: Don't like abstracts
LemonyFresh: Zertz - it's most pleasing to the eye
skrutsch: Tamsk. Only one I have
Cavedog_pdx: Yinsh. It won me back to the series after a lukewarm reception to Dvonn. Yinsh made me decide that the series was worth getting. Tamsk has reinforced that decision. Now I just have to get Zertz and Gipf and the other one and I'm set!
Loquutus: Dont have one
Killermyth: GIPF? Graphic Industrial Pissing Facility?
sumo: Never played any of them.
Redneon: Does Yinsh count?
beakermyers: CHiPs or D.A.R.Y.L
Karlsen: Haven't had the opportunity to play any of them
scriptorum: Can't pick a favorite, since I haven't played any game in the GIPF series, but I'm pleased that I could answer your question even if it doesn't answer your question. I'm hungry.
Lord_Prussian: Yinsh, it's one of a few abstracts I really enjoy.
BaSL: DNQ
Larry Chong: Zertz. I love it's modularity, simplicity, depth and elegance.
wildcatterry17: dvonn...its the only one i've played
djlg: I haven't played them all yet.
Windopaene: Only ever played Zertz
Belash: yinsh, only one I've played
arkibet: I think I have a fondess for YINSH, because it was the first one I researched. Wrote the BSW writeup.
ValJor: I never played any of them
heli: see http://spotlightongames.com/list/nights
chaddyboy_2000: Ehh, Dvonn.
CDRodeffer: Gipf, because it incorporates all the others, which are all kinda cool.
2amp: none
AlorielLelyn: Never heard of it
skelebone: I've only played Zertz, and it's pretty good.
gnomehome: I only own gipf, so gipf
Dave: YINSH. I find the heuristics most interesting in that game.
Spielfreak: YINSH. It's the only one I've played.
snoozefest: zertz; cool pieces, neat shrinking board; but I don't like abstracts a whole lot
jttm: None. Hate these type of games.
