Woelf: I paid a dollar for a thrift copy of Waterworks, which I then used to replace a few missing cards in the copy I already had.
TiwazTyrsfist: $4 for Lord of the Rings (Reiner Knizia). To bad I didn't like it.
Great Dane: To diificult to figure out. Money was worth much more half a century ago...

Spirit of 70: $60 for a bundle of Innsmouth Horror, Kingsport Horror, King in Yellow and Black Goat of the Woods, all new in shrink.

CortexBomb: For an entire game? As in, new in the store? For a full size board game something like 15$ which I paid for Big City, Atlantic Star, Wallenstein, Tycoon, and a host of other titles. I've paid much less for many card games, and that sort of thing, but 15 is about the lowest I've gone on full board games.
Spielfreak: Probably $2.95 for a Microgame 20+ years ago.
heli: Probably bought some magazine games at convention auctions for a dollar, or even a quarter.
skelebone: I think I got Stop Thief for $0.15. Complete and in great condition. If it was $0.25, then it falls into a category with a bunch of other games, but it was the best deal.
