beardyman: Most likey no. But theme is sometimes irrelevant if the game is good enough a la Lords of Waterdeep.

Spielfreak: no. I used to have a huge Jerry Lewis game set in Las Vegas -- it had a raised board, with a small compartment in which to store deeds, roulette wheel, small slot machine, chips, etc. It was basically monopoly set in Vegas, but used casino games at times to determine debts.
