¿Question #4561?
mrbeankc: In your opinion what game so far is the best boardgame of 2005?
Woelf: Rome demands Glory!
OLD_WYRM: Twilight Struggle!!
sirjeyhmis: Caylus, of course.
coyotelaughs: ?
Diamat: Hehehe
BuddhaPhi: Anything I got for free that year. Oh wait, I didn't get squat! Lame!
Burnham: Arkham Horror
DHEK: Caylus.
POvidiusNaso: Louis XIV.
aleo09: that was last year.
Geosmores: since it is 2006 I have no answer
puffinge: either Caylus or Louis XIV
greglios: Caylus
vampywife: i don't know enough of them to make a fair judgement, as the only one i know of that i've played is Conquest of the Empire, and that's a pretty cool one.
ryokowerx: Descent
brainrob: SoC
fubar awol: Tower of Babel
Freejack: They still play boardgames in 2005?
andrewp: ttre
dwarf: Havn't tried many new games.
Stephen Glenn: Diamant
djlg: Boney at Marengo. (I think Oltremare is 2004).
LemonyFresh: Manila
javelin98: RoboRally
Cavedog_pdx: It hasn't been that remarkable of a year yet. Shadows Over Camelot is nice but it's good, not great. The new Gipf game ought to blow them all out of the water.
Loquutus: That's hard, because I really like Louis XIV, Tower of Babel, and Shadows Over Camelot. But I must say Twilight Imperium 3rd Edition is a totally amazing game.
ssmooth: Around the World in 80 Days
KANDANG: Shadows Over Camelot
Dave: Diamant, for the niche it fills.
jttm: Louis XIV
e.c.r.: none played
sos1: Nothing yet that I've played - I may edit this after Origins.
Lord_Prussian: I haven't tried many yet. TI3 is about the only one I can think of.
CDRodeffer: Australia
chaddyboy_2000: Oltremare.
skelebone: All of the years blur together for me, so I don't know what's 2004 or 2005. Also, I'm still playing catch-up for the last decade.
CortexBomb: If you mean games that have gotten recognition in 2005: Zepter. If only games that have actually been published in 2005: Im Schatten des Kaisers
Spielfreak: Diamant, Shadows over Camelot, Fjorde, Ticket to Ride: Europe, Walk the Dogs. I haven't played Tempus yet.
