jttm: Gahhh! I was just reading the answers to the Favorite Cheese question (#4460) and I saw answers like 'Brie' and 'Provolone'. WTF? The only cheese a TRUE geek *ahem* would eat is day-old Mozzerella off a pizza. Right guys?

Woelf: Proper pizza eaters don't restrict themselves to only Mozzarella; there are many other good choices available for pizza. For non-pizza applications, I really like Brick cheese.
